Rafter introduces agentic AI into the build process, helping to allocate budget, schedule contractors, and adjust to real-time changes in the build process autonomously.

2. Coordinating with numerous contractors - Rafter autonomously connects and communicates with contractors to organize work times to fulfill project goals. When contractors are unable to show up, Rafter autonomously fills contractor slots with available contractors or reschedules the contractor for a new time within project boundaries.

3. Abrupt Changes in the Build Process - Rafter autonomously incorporates changes to the build process, such as added features, contractor absences, and material cost fluctuations by adjusting budget, calendar, and project goals all for you.
